the good: - it's quiet the bad: - it never starts in ramp mode, even if you press the ramp button 1st - if you have an apnea event, it takes way too long to intervene, and still doesn't do much - the water container is hard to fill - the water container is hard to empty - it's hard to tell if you've filled it to the max - if you've overfilled it, the closing mechanism makes it worse, by tipping it backwards into the machine - the screen is either off, or the brightness of the sun (bad choice for a night time device) - can't check for firmware updates - all important things seem to be locked behind the requirements to have a "professional" basically this machine was developed by a person who was once told about a cpap machine was, then decided they could make one, but never tested it. If I could ask one thing of them, if you make a choice about how it operates, make it a setting that we can change, because we know better.
