April 10, 2016... and item still works till now... great product. Use 2-3 times a week. If you maintain it well, it will last long.

The iron is similar to my previous one and performs well. The only thing I don't like is the fabric/heat selector indicator is hidden under the handle and not easily seen. It should be placed to the side so it can be easily viewed.

My iron azur performance 3803 is not working. It's not showing any sign of power supply. It's new and externally shows no sign of problem. I would really like to get help upon this query. I hope Philips will guide about how to repair my iron 3803. Waiting for your assistance. Thanks

Bought this as a replacement for a long standing earlier model which we had been very pleased with. But from the outset this new one’s performance was not good. No matter what we tried it always snagged the clothes and rucked them up without gliding over the surface. Shirts were especially vulnerable. Gave up in the end and returned it and bought the next model up, which performed much better.
