Series 4400Fully automatic espresso machine

Very happy with the coffee machine and it very east to use and clean took a couple of times to work out the coffee strength but now all good highly recommend.

This machine is amazing for the price. Wish I had got the next model up now. Makes a excellent Long Black and Cappuccino. I haven't got to the others yet, but I guarantee they will be awesome. Highly recommended this machine and also the coffee is hot.

Dear Reader. I don’t normally do reviews because I’m lazy. Although I have awarded this coffee maker 5 stars I’d like to add the following feedback. My wife enjoys a flat white and with one press of a button she gets exactly what she wants, perfectly every time. However I like a double strength Latte. This requires me to press 2 buttons (clearly not fair). Now I know I can save my favourite settings so that I can press 1 button in future but this would mean I need to press a THIRD button to save the settings as my favourite (I know I only have to do this once and then only press 1 button to get exactly what I want from then on) BUT pressing a THIRD button even once simply because Phillips have neglected to include some kind of Neural Interface Chip to read my mind, seems to me to be an oversight. In every other way this machine is wonderful.

Happy with the product once we established how to operate it.

It's very easy to use and keep clean, I'm loving the coffee

I chose this machine because I like good coffee and wanted an easy way to make it at home. This machine does that well however I do find it very fiddly to clean properly.

I also worried they would take up the entire bench. This machine is none of those things. It's sleek and stylish and fits perfectly on the kitchen bench. It is easy to use and it literally guides you on your next steps. Clean up is super easy and simple. I've been making iced coffee daily and it takes less than 5 minutes. It's not too loud or obnoxious and the style is sleek. I love that you dont have to think which button to press next, it tells you!! I will not be sitting in a drive thru again for another coffee.

While good, I find its "café quality" claim is very close but not quite on par with a top-tier professional setup. Ease of use is intuitive. The LatteGo milk system is its strongest point for convenience; cleaning in just 10 seconds and being fully dishwasher-safe. Drinks are generally well-prepared with good consistency. Overall, it's a high-ticket item offering many excellent features, especially the LatteGo and wide drink range. It provides a very high standard for home coffee, but buyers should manage expectations for absolute "café quality" compared to expert baristas.

The only this I can fault on it, is the noise it is quite loud even though advertised as being quite. But other then that, I LOVE IT! So happy I was given the opportunity to try this machine out :)

My wife and I like our coffee very differently and I've found other machines (pods or manual coffee machines) either too messy, too hard to perfect the technique or too much time required to make our morning coffees. It took a little experimenting to get the different profiles right but now, we both have our own personal profiles and with just a few button pushes, we have a coffee - brewed exactly to our liking basically making itself while we organise the kids in the morning. I can't stress how much I love the different profile settings - I'll never make it wrong again! Well worth the money if you are always on the go and multitasking (and just don't have time to mess around with a complex coffee machine). Especially if you want to stop buying coffee to-go. It's like having a personal barista just a few buttons away.
