Item defective customer service useless &unhelpful
Avoid at all costs. Received this Philips soda maker as a gift and it’s been extremely disappointing. The bottle warped and became unusable on first use after being cleaned with hot water. There was no gas canister included, so the machine couldn’t be used out of the box. This item is defective and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Customer service was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful even under warranty. Regret switching from SodaStream.
